White seabream in the oven

  • 1 White seabream
  • Salt to the taste
  • Olive oil to the taste
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Other vegetables you may have at home (e.g leek, red bell pepper)
  • White wine or beer to the taste

Start by putting the fish in a baking tray that can go to the oven, drizzling it with salt and olive oil. Add the onion (chopped in large pieces), tomato and any other vegetables that you may have in your home (in this recipe, the client used leek and red pepper) and, then, season everything with dry herbs.

Drizzle everything with white wine or beer (in this case, the client used beer).

Finally, just put everything on the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC and the fish will taste amazing!
