Grilled squid

  • Squid
  • Garlic to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • Butter

Start by chopping the garlic and coriander and mixing in a bowl with olive oil. Then, season the squid (inside and out) with this marinade and coarse salt (but, reserve a part of the marinade to make the sauce in which the squid will be served later).

Grill enough time until they are cooked, but tender and, when ready, just remove from the grill and slice the squid. Add the remaining marinade, lemon juice and melted butter and serve as a sauce for the squid, baked potatoes and vegetables.
