This a suggestion from Mito restaurant! It’s very simple: you just put the tuna in the pan until it’s sealed, roast the tomatoes and make an arugula and basil salad (season to yor taste). Put everything on top of a flatbread (or any other bread type you like!) and it’s ready to eat.
