Grey triggesfish in the oven

  • Olive oil to the taste
  • Onion
  • Garlic 
  • Salt to the taste
  • Ground pepper to the taste
  • Paprika to the taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • White wine to the taste

 

Start by adding the onion to the bottom of the tray. Then, add the fillets and season with salt, garlic, ground pepper, paprika, bay, coriander, olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, white wine and put it in the oven for approximately 35 minutes at 180º.
