Fried blue jack mackerel, 2

  • 500 gr blue jack mackerel
  • 50 gr flour 65
  • 50 gr cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil to the taste
  • Salt to the taste

Mayonnaise:

  • 80 ml mayonnaise
  • 20 ml vinegar
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 gr parsley

Start by separating the blue jack mackerel in two fillets, remove the fishbone and season with salt. Cut the fillets into several layers, mix the strach and the flour, wrap the blue jack mackerel’s layers into that mix and fry it in vegetable oil.

Meanwhile, put all the ingredients of the mayo in a cup and mash everyhting. To finish it up, display everything on a plate and add a lemon slice.
