Ballan wrasse roasted

  • 1 ballan wrasse
  • Olive oil to the taste
  • Salt to the taste
  • Garlic powder
  • Provence herbs
  • Paprika
  • Onion
  • Bell peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Potatoes (normal and sweet)

Cut small onions, leeks, peppers, mushrooms and chopped potatoes (normal and sweet) and put them in a large bowl. Season with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Provence herbs and sweet chili and mix everything very well, until the spices are well distributed. Season the fish with salt and place everything on a tray to bake in the oven.
